My recent stay at the Seaview House in the historic neighborhood of Nice was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been better, with a calm street just next to the Promenade, offering breathtaking views of the sea and castle hill. The proximity to the marketplace and a wide selection of restaurants made it incredibly convenient to explore and indulge in local cuisine. The owners, Maxime and Remi, were incredibly attentive and their excellent English made communication easy. The hotel itself was comfortable, with clean and spacious rooms, a picturesque breakfast area, and fast WiFi. a truly wonderful experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

the apartment was clean and centrally located on the sea. good service, everything was good. it had a handy kitchenette, we regularly cooked breakfast ourselves.

Brilliant location and very sweet rooms, I liked this neat apartment. There was a comfy bed, big size bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with the best view and fresh fruit too, had lots of choice. Exceptional service and warm staff too;)))

This accommodation has a superb location near all the attractions. It is situated on the sea, giving guests a breathtaking view of the ocean. Additionally, the property is conveniently located on the esplanade across the road from the beach, providing easy access to sun and sand. Another advantage is its proximity to the tram line, making it convenient for guests to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like conditioned air-conditioning and TV. The friendly staff ensures that guests feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh bread and friendly service.
One minor issue experienced by some guests was the unreliable Wi-Fi connection.

The location couldn't be better, near the promenade, beach, and old town, with amazing places to eat. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is mind-blowing, with delicious coffee, pancakes, bread, yogurt. The staff, especially Remy and Max, are super kind and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay!
